Grilled Pork Chop with Tarragon Chili Sauce
I love cooking on the grill. Unfortunately, this time of the year prevents me from grilling as much as I would like to. This is a simple recipe that you can use to give your pork chops a new flavor. You can pair this well with real mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable.
Grilled Pork Chops with Tarragon Chili Sauce Recipe
Prep time: 20 mins.
Cook time: 15 mins

4-6 Fresh Pork Chops
1/2 tbl Fresh Tarragon Minced
2 tsp fresh peppers, diced (you can choose your favorite type of pepper to adjust the heat that fits your taste)
1 tbl honey
2 tbl butter
1 tsp pepared mustard
1 tbl brown sugar
1/2 cup of orange juice
Salt
Pepper
Prepare and heat the grill. I prefer charcol, but you can use gas also. If you will be using charcol, make sure all of the lighter fluid has burned off and the coals are evenly burned. Clean the grate and spray with non-stick grill spray.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic on both sides of the pork chops according to your taste. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook 6-8 minutes on each side, turning once. The amount of cooking time will differ depending on the thickness of your pork chops.
Combine all other ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer until sauce begins to thicken.
Remove the pork chops from the grill and add the Tarragon Chili Sauce to each pork chop. Serve immediatley.
