I am your typical blue collar worker, husband, father, accountant, spiritual leader, family psycologist, dog walker, handyman, and outdoor enthusiast. If you are like me, you are always trying to figure out ways to fit the "need to" items into the your schedule with the "have to" items, hoping to get some "want to" time at the end.


I have always loved working in the kitchen. It is one of the places I get to relax and enjoy the fruits of my labor.Over the years, I have had to figure out ways to keep my time in the kitchen fun and enjoyable while having less time and less money.
