Homemade Steak Lo Mein, with Chinese Donuts and Sweet and Sour Sauce

My family loves to get chinese take out and their favorite is lo mein.  I use this recipe to make lo mein at home several different ways by adding shrimp, chicken, pork, or a combination of them.  This recipe is quick and simple to make and will save you money instead of ordering take out.  See part 2 for the recipes for homemade chinese donoughts and sweet and sour sauce.

It is interesting.. that I have a small counter top one, but not much counter space for it. I also don't have a large freezer, so things don't stay there long. I should pull it out again for marinating things in, that looks fantastic. I had a container to pump the air out but it didn't hold the seal. This is a great idea, I like finding out what gadgets others use in their kitchen. Used Kitchen Equipment
