2 pre-made pie crust
1 1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
butter

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Mix white sugar, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and lemon juice together.
3. Mix in apple slices. Coat apple slices well.
4. Add apple mixture to one pie crust and spread evenly.
5. Dab a little butter around the top of the apple mixture.
6. Take a thin knife and run around the sides of the second pie crust.
7. Invert the second pie crust on top of the apple mixture and close the two pie crust edges together with your fingers.
8. Slice 4 small vents in the the top of the pie.
9. Place in the oven and bake for 30-45 minutes until the pie is golden brown.

You can serve this with cool whip, ice cream, or all by itself. It is best right out of the oven.
